1. What is the GVA Parcsnaturals App?

GVA Parcsnaturals is a mobile application for all users of the Valencian Community's natural parks. It allows access to all the information about the natural parks, their location, and all the services offered, such as hiking trails and routes, as well as the activities available in each park. Users can also book activities that can be reserved. The app is owned by the Third Vice Presidency and Ministry of the Environment, Infrastructure, Territory, and Recovery.

2. How does the application work?

Once you have downloaded and installed it on your device, you can view all the services offered by each park, which are accessible without registration.
To book activities and interact with the parks to make inquiries, users must register in the application.

3. What data do we process about you?

Through the application, we process the personal data necessary to manage activity bookings.

4. How do we obtain your data and where does it come from?
The data collected by Gva Parcsnaturals primarily comes directly from the user. This includes identification and contact information, which is stored in our user databases.

Please remember that the data you provide directly must always be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
The Third Vice-Presidency and Ministry of the Environment, Infrastructure, Territory, and Recovery does not use publicly accessible data sources to collect personal data for subsequent processing activities.

5. What do we use your data for and why?

The information and data collected through Gva Parcsnaturals will be processed for the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller pursuant to Article 6.1(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

To this end, we use your data so that you can use the functionalities offered by Gva Parcsnaturals in accordance with its terms of use. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the Third Vice-Presidency and Ministry of the Environment, Infrastructure, Territory and Recovery will process all data generated during the use of the app for the following purposes:

• B. Contact form for the parks to make inquiries.

6. How long do we keep your data?

Your data will be kept for the time necessary to comply with applicable regulations.

7. Who has access to your data?

The Third Vice-Presidency and Ministry of the Environment, Infrastructure, Territory, and Recovery, as the Data Controller, has access to your personal data to carry out the processing activities for the purposes indicated in section 5.
The information collected is not transmitted to third parties, except to the extent and for the purposes established by law.

8. What are your rights?

With respect to your personal data, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, to the extent applicable.

You can do this electronically through the procedure for registering a rights request, or by submitting a written request to the Registry Offices of the Central and Territorial Services of this Ministry. In both cases, you will need to specify the right you wish to exercise and the data to which it applies.

If you are acting on behalf of another person, you must provide, in addition to the corresponding identification documents, a document authorizing you to act as a representative, guardian, or curator.

Furthermore, you can also declare your objection to the use of the Gva Parcsnaturals application, which will block its services related to you. This will prevent any attempt to access your data through Gva Parcsnaturals from doing so. You can request this electronically using the procedure described above, in person at any official registry, or by any other means.
